Good morning! The final day of the official Marching Band Season is quickly approaching us! This is for the biggest event of the season, Marching Music Performance Assessment. This event will be at Jensen Beach High School. Our band performs at 4:40pm, but will have a call time of 11:00am at PSLHS. Students should wear typical band uniform, and plan to eat before arrival. Also, bring at least $10 for the concessions stand, or bring your own dinner.
We are hoping to have 8-10 parent volunteers for this event! So far, parents have been amazing, and I know you will be just as amazing for this final event! Parent Chaperones - marching MPA, 10/29/22 (office.com) Below is the schedule: 11:00am - call time in band room 11:30am - continuity rehearsal 12:45pm - transition to band room/snack break 1:00pm - Leadership meeting in auditorium 1:15pm - Senior send off in the auditorium 1:45pm - load equipment truck 2:00pm - load buses 2:20pm - depart PSLHS 2:40pm - arrive at JBHS/bathroom break 3:00pm - change into uniform and unload trailer 3:40pm - line up for warm up 3:55pm - warm up 4:40pm - perform 5:00pm - load instruments and change out of uniform 5:30pm - dinner break at concessions 6:30pm - watch remaining bands from stands 9:00pm - Final season ratings announced 9:20pm - load buses 9:30pm - depart 9:45pm - unload buses and truck 10:00pm - dismissal
