Director of Bands
Troy Wiley
Mr. Troy Wiley is a native of St. Lucie County, growing up in Fort Pierce, FL, and graduating from Lincoln Park Academy in 2011. Upon graduation from High School, Mr. Wiley received his Bachelors of Instrumental Music Education from The Florida State University. While at FSU, Mr. Wiley studied Trombone with Dr. John Drew and performed in numerous ensembles, including the University Wind Orschestra, Symphonic Band, Jazz Orchestra, University Philharmonia Orchestra, and Marching Chiefs. Prior to becoming the Director of Bands at Port Saint Lucie High School, Mr. Wiley completed his Internship in Music Education with the Sebastian River High School Band in Sebastian, Florida. Mr. Wiley is a member of the National Association for Music Education, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, and the International Trombone Association. Mr. Wiley enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and enjoying time with his wife and two puppies.

Percussion Instructor
William Cromer
William Cromer is currently the band director at Allapattah Flats K8 and percussion instructor at Port St Lucie High School. William attended Port Saint Lucie High School all four years and as the percussion instructor from 2007-2010. He then studied music education and was the principal bassist at Florida Atlantic University. Aside from teaching, William enjoys playing bass and cello in the pits for theater productions along the Treasure Coast.

Colorguard Instructor
Randi LeBlanc
Randi LeBlanc has been the band’s colorguard instructor since September of 2015. She has a Master’s degree from West Virginia University in Spanish and Linguistics. She also marched with The Pride of West Virginia’s colorguard. She is a Spanish teacher but is currently taking time off to focus on her children.
